The Everlast Elite Cardio Boxing Gloves are designed for speed-style training and target control. They feature a full wrist wrap strap for a secure fit and an open thumb design for proper fist positioning. These gloves offer a dual-layer foam combination for a balance of lightweight and protection, and are suitable for use on heavy bags and mitt work. However, they are not recommended for sparring.
