HOW DOES BOXING TRAINING BENEFIT  GENERAL HEALTH? 
Boxing training is amazing for general health. Not only does it get you fitter but it improves your hand eye coordination skills and reaction speeds.

MOST MEMORABLE FIGHT? 
Tough question. I would have to say when I lost at the World Championships. Even though I lost I thought I was getting over the top of my opponent who was a 3x World Champion at that stage. It made me realise that I belonged at the top.

Bernard Hopkins or Floyd Mayweather because of there work ethic and tenacity. Faced many obstacles and set backs but have become multiple World Champions.
